Our Pastor
Pastors Albert and Kim Reffitt, came to Victory Life Christian Center, in June of 2021. This came about through some mutual ministry relationships, and it has been simply amazing how God has birthed a vision for “Building Solid Foundations, for Strong Families. They have been privileged to serve as itinerant, Associate Pastor, and Senior Pastor, roles for over 35 years. They have pioneered two churches in east central Indiana. They are the proud parents of three adult children, Brandy [Eric], Jason [Kristin], and Zachary; thirteen grandchildren, and of course their cute mini-bernedoodle “Bell”. Pastor Albert is a 1987 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training College. For three years he worked for Dr. Lester Sumrall [LeSEA], in Indianapolis, IN., over-seeing the Ministry Center, which included the World Harvest Bible College [at that time]. Pastor Albert’s emphasis is on the integrity of God’s Word and equipping the Believer to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. Ms. Kim, in addition to her ministry involvement, has over 30 of experience in health care, having worked as a Registered Nurse, now as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine practice. Pastor Albert and Ms. Kim, enjoy walking, hiking, and riding their Harley Davidson, morning coffee, and ice cream anytime!
Music and Worship
Our team of musicians is anointed as they follow the leading of the Holy Spirit taking us into the very throne room of our Heavenly Father where we have the liberty to express our Christian faith and demonstrate personal adoration and gratitude to Him.
Prayer and Intercession
Our main focus for the church in prayer is intercession, seeking God on behalf of another. It literally means taking the place of another. Jesus said, "My Father's house shall be called a house of prayer." therefore prayer is serious business here at VLCC and a vital part in exercising our Christian faith Every need is uniquely important and we believe the Lord hears and answers the prayer of faith. Mark 11:23-24, James 4:14-15
Our Mission
We exist for the purpose of preparing people to live victoriously in these last days. We will develop individuals to be examples of the love and the power of God, to evangelize the lost, bring hope to the hopeless, and healing to the hurting. .

Our vision is to build solid foundations for strong families and we do this by teaching
- Who God is, and His provision for us.
- How to live a life in the Spirit.
- How to discover our purpose.
Service
Each Service consists of Fellowship, New Testament Worship, ministry of the Word, and as the Holy Spirit moves, the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to 1 Corinthians 12. Services are designed to build a strong relationship with God while connecting with one another. The services also support spiritual growth. Both resulting in lives filled with vision, meaning and purpose.
